What is your return policy?
Our policy lasts 28 days from the day you receive your item. For clocks, we will happily replace any faulty mechanism or hands within 5 years of purchase. Prints and tin signs can be returned or exchanged in their original condition. Email retroprogressionmanagement@gmail.com with images so we can help.
How long does shipping take?
UK orders are sent 1st class Signed For (1–2 days). International orders are tracked with Royal Mail — Europe takes 3–5 working days and the rest of the world 5–7. We typically ship Wednesday to Friday. Free shipping over £50 (UK) / £100 (International).
How can I track my order?
When your package is sent out for delivery you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use it on the Royal Mail tracking page to follow your parcel.
